This West Coast modern new build in the Westshore was designed for a family of five. The design concept was light and bright. Finishes were carefully selected to maximize light and to place focus on the fun pops of colours.

A foundation of warm white, walnut, and white oak provides a neutral backdrop while multi‑coloured Trolix stools, bright artwork and wall murals add personality. Together, these elements strike a balance between modern sophistication and playfulness, resulting in a home that feels both bright and welcoming.
