Case Study - Oak Bay Townhouse

Downsizing a life time of Memories

This Oak Bay townhouse was designed to house a lifetime of curated art, antiques and memories. The design concept that governed this full renovation was a transitional style, marrying modern amenities with classic elements. We reconfigured a 1980’s floor plan, successfully adding a walk-in closet and laundry room. Custom high-end millwork adds storage and a hidden office in the kitchen. The use of stone and real wood with beautiful traditional details brought soul to a newly renovated space. Each finish was carefully evaluated on how it would harmonize with the client's existing furnishings and keepsakes. This project celebrates heritage and character.
